Project Description
The project consisted of two phases of renovating an existing kitchen, bathroom and laundy room.

The Addison on the Ocean, a private residential Condominium located on the beach between East Hillsborough Boulevard and East Camino Real on A1A, Boca Raton, Florida. 

Project Challenges 
Residence located on the sixth floor - all materials had to be brought up through the elevators via a service cooridor below the building. 
Owner occupied during all phases of construction from demolition through completion.
Coordination of additonal Contractor's completing work in the unit and the building.

Project Description 
The project consisted of: 
· Removal of existing concrete pool deck and patio and replacement with marble. 
· Removal of (4) above ground LP tanks and above ground piping and installation of new 500 gal LP buried gas tank with new underground gas piping. 
· Removal of existing landscaping and trees and replacement of new trees, landscaping, lighting, and Bio-Barrier root barrier system to prevent existing Ficus trees from damaging new pool deck. 
· Installation of new built-in BBQ Center, underground gas.
· Relocation of existing built-in generator on new concrete pad and connections.

Project Challenges 
Electrical and gas connections required to be connected at all times with switch-over. Owner occupied during all phases of construction from demolition through completion. Work completed prior by others not to code and required revisions which were completed during project.

Tahiti Beach Coral Gables, Florida

Project Description
The project consists of construction of a new 2 storey exterior concrete structure with open 2nd floor and covered ground floor to house a new whole house generator and disconnect panels with installation of (2) 1,000 gallon LP buried gas tanks in front yard and underground gas piping.

Located in the luxurious subdivision of Tahiti Beach and Coral Gables Florida. The home is directly on Biscayne Bay with views of downtown Miami.
