Project Description
The project is a 4 storey residential structure consisting of 11 units on three elevated floors and a covered parking garage with storage rooms, electrical room, equipment rooms and garbage room on the ground floor. The 1st and 2nd floor contain four units each and the third floor contains three units.
The units are well appointed with: whirlpool tubs in all master baths, frameless shower enclosures in all baths, stainless steel appliances, gas cook-tops, built-in microwave-oven combination, tile at main living areas; carpet in bedrooms, closets and office / den.
Project Location
The Villas di DaVinci is located between Commercial Boulevard and Oakland Park Boulevard at the Flamingo Avenue traffic light on A1A in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Project Challenges
Limited parking and limited parking height.
All work new, remodel had to be brought up/down through single elevator.
